The site, UCL Marshgate is the new base for the renowned architecture school Bartlett School of Architecture. This task looks at the building as a corporation vessel, in which its inhabitants/employees are caught in a constant struggle of working and living in order to truly survive. We were initially inspired by the strict system of architectural education where its students are commonly known as lacking personal life. We want to bring up this issue at a very early stage of our master study, hoping to escape from the old vicious working habit and live a more balanced life throughout this year:)
The Site_Marshgate
The Marshgate is the new base for the renowned Bartlett School of Architecture. It is located at the edge of the freshly developed Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, a leisurely fifteen-minute walk to the bustling Westfield area, replete with an array of restaurants, boutiques and convenient grocery stores. Its neighbourhood cocoon creates such an idyllic atmosphere, at the same time so far-fetched from the center of London, it almost gives an impression that it try to captivate its residence in its convenient illusion and work here forever.

A marsh is a type of wetland, an area of land where water covers ground for long periods of time. Marshes are dominated by grasses and other herbaceous plants.
The idea thus was to imagine the building as a living creature, it relies on human inhabitation to function, but it also digests humans who overwork.

The game design document struct out the framework of the game.
